| The Volusia Mall is part of the CBL Properties located in blank. This mall has been a destination during the holidays over the years because of its center court castle display. This year, in an effort to present a new look to the community, the mall has joined with the local Rotary club to present the 1st Annual Gingerbread House Spectacular. Volusia Mall averages 8 million visitors annually, with 3 million of those visiting in November and December. In addition, it has over 1 Million square feet of space, 120 stores, and 4 anchor department stores. Its market area extends 50 miles North, 60 miles Northwest, 25 Miles Southwest and 30 miles South.
